PK Electrical working in conjunction with Thomas Armstrong Construction is currently working towards the completion of Lister Court residential care home in Carlisle.

This project is a 3 storey, 12 unit specialist accommodation facility for Impact Housing.

The Electrical services comprise:

  • Cable tray & SWA cabling
  • Fire alarm/Redcare monitoring
  • Door Access
  • Data installation
  • Door entry & Warden call
  • Automatic doors
  • Automatic lighting controls

Rigg Hall, Egremont

PK Electrical, working in conjunction with Kier Construction, recently completed “Rigg Hall”a single storey industrial production and storage facility with attached 2 storey office area for James Fisher Nuclear located at Bridge End Industrial Estate, Egremont.

The electrical & mechanical services installation within the Rigg Hall proved challenging as the facility is 23m high with the majority of the services mounted above 15m.

In addition the original installation program was halved due to construction problems however; the project was completed on time.

As our operatives IPAF accredited we achieved safe working through mobile access platforms complete with appropriate protection to prevent damage the new floor.

Centre Parcs, Whinfell Forest, Cumbria

PK Electrical have recently completed the electrical refurbishment of 105 lodges and 4 brand new ones at Whinfell Forest, Centre Parcs. This involved a complete electrical installation of each lodge in a very short period of time.

Grace Little Centre

Costa Coffee has now arrived at Barrow in Furness and PK Electrical are carrying out the electrical installation.

Ullswater College, Penrith

PK Electrical has recently commenced the electrical installation of the new Special Education Needs building at Ullswater College plus refurbishment of the art area.
